The iSpirometry™ app, designed for use with the SPIROBANKSMART™ spirometer, offers a sophisticated solution for respiratory health management through Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity. This innovative system allows users to measure critical lung function metrics, including FEV1, PEF, FEV6, FVC, FEV1/FVC, and FEF2575, utilizing the same advanced technology found in leading pulmonary laboratories around the world.

One of the standout features of the iSpirometry system is its user-friendly design that facilitates the initiation of spirometry tests directly from the app. During testing, real-time data transmission from the spirometer to the smartphone ensures seamless monitoring. An engaging animation guides users through the testing process, enhancing accuracy and engagement.

The app also provides a comparative analysis of the measured parameters against a predetermined target value set during patient configuration, simplifying result interpretation. Additionally, it assigns a Quality Control Grade (A, B, C, D, or F) to each session of spirometry tests, offering insights into test performance.

Results are automatically saved on the smartphone for future reference. Users can enrich each test session with additional information such as symptoms and their severity levels, as well as personal notes. It’s worth noting that adding a new patient will erase all spirometry data associated with the previous one.

Sharing test results is straightforward; with a single tap, users can generate a PDF report and attach it to an email for easy dissemination.
